Leadership Promoting Trainings for Lahu Baptist Convention, Shan Baptist Convention(Eastern Shan), Southern Shan State Baptist Home Mission, Pwo Karen Baptist Convention, Ahkha Baptist Convention, are hosted by Leadership Development Program Department of Myanmar Bapist Convention at their Conventions compound. Ministers of the respective Conventions were attend that trainings. Subjects were chosen by the Conventions.
And also done the training for staff of Myanmar Baptist Convention office at MBC Cushing Hall on March (13-14), 2024. Training for President, Vice President, General Secretary, Associate Secretary, Treasurer and directors of MBC departments was held at Chiangmai, Thailand, led by LDPD also on October (9-13) 2024.
