Training for pastors

The 6th Baptist Leaders Consultation was taken place in Lashio, Northern Shan State on May (7-11) 2019 under the theme “We are Christ’s Ambassadors”. (370) youth leaders attended. Northern Shan Baptist Convention hosted the Consultation and the following were shared and facilitated by respective resource person.
Songs Teaching (Song writer Ah Hsaung Mahn), Bible Study (Rev. Dr. Robert Pun), Challenges of Godly Christian Home (Rev. Maran Khun San), Youth and illicit drug (Sara N Kun Tam Gun & Saya Lawt Naw), Baptist Belief and Today Youth (Rev. Tin Maung Shwe, Sayama Eh May, Rev, Saw Shiner, Saya Saw Chit Khaing), Special Talk on Youth & Politic (Saya Saw Chit Khaing)
The following points were found out according the evaluation on this Consultation:
1) To create an updated approach in order to make sure that the Baptist Youth understand and practice “the Baptist Belief and Practice” well.
2) To promote awareness raising programmes for youth to establish the “Godly Christian Homes”.
3) “Presenting illicit drugs activities” must be reinforced and strengthened.
